Club House Hire | Toward Seasports Club (SCIO)

USE OF CLUB FACILITIES BY NON-MEMBERS

CLUB HOUSE

At the discretion of the Board of Trustees of Toward Seasports Club (SCIO) the Clubhouse may be let for use by other community groups, businesses and individuals.

All such lets must be applied and paid for in advance using the 'Application for Use of Clubhouse' form which you will find here and should be return at least 7 days prior to your desired booking dates.

All lessees must agree to our Terms and Conditions.

All full members have free use of the car park, clubhouse (except functions etc.) jetty, quay and slipways.

OTHER FACILITIES

Harbour Quay:*

Under 3 hours FOC

3 – 6 hours £5.00

6 – 24 hours £10.00

Slipway:*

Each vessel launch £10.00

Each vessel recovery £10.00

Kayak use of Jetty, Slipways FOC

*Please note that cub members’ use takes priority at all times.

Car Park:

Under 3hrs FOC

Vehicle 3-12hrs £5.00

Vehicle 12 -24 hrs £10.00

Camping, motorhome, camper vans or caravans £10.00 / night.

Members camping on site whilst working on their vessels, only by prior arrangement of the Club Trustees, payment by agreed donation.

Picnic Tables:

Donation as per signs.

Texts will cost £10 plus standard messaging rate.

Or change the numerical rate as appropriate.

Any craft using our Harbour Quay, Jetty, or Slipways, must be insured to a minimum of £2,000,000 third party liability and must exercise extreme caution when operating within Achavoulin Bay or in proximity of the moorings.

No craft shall exceed 4 Kts whilst inshore of the outermost moorings.
